One-on-One Yoga Sessions
Why one-on-one sessions may be the thing for you!
Sometimes, trying something new is uncomfortable. Walking into a yoga studio when you've never done yoga before or haven.t taken a class in a long time can be intimidating. For many, it's the main thing that prevents them from ever trying it. With our one-on-one sessions, you can practice in the comfort of your own home either over Zoom or in person (if you reside within the Twin Cities Metro Area.) Julie will create a practice just for you. A one-on-one session is more of a conversation that a traditional class, where you will be guided through a yoga practice, but are able to ask questions and have modifications taught in the moment.
